Interbay Meat Market - Nowatney

I’ve been on a mission since arriving a few months ago to find the best Cuban sandwich. Still haven’t found one better than here. The rest of the food options are equally amazing. Great meat selection and just a cool market.

I have been coming here since I was a kid, back when I used to do summer camp at Circle C Ranch before it closed. Always came for lunch. They have remained well portioned, fairly priced, and delicious forever. Great breakfast, even better lunch. Being greeted with friendly faces, quick lines, and having fresh and tasty food makes it a one stop shop. Glad to have them still here as a staple of South Tampa.

Used to be a regular. My favorite hot lunch is roast pork with yellow rice, black beans, and onions. Second is the Cuban sandwich with a side of garbanzo bean soup and, of course, a mountain dew. Staff has always been very friendly. They have some great hot sauces for sale too, I'm partial to the scotch bonnet pepper sauce because it is great on the cuban.

Great food and prices, always love to stop here on the way to ballast point pier.
