Very disappointed with our lunch. Mainly for the children's menu. My 4 and a half year old daughter wanted the cheese burger. We asked for a rare steak and were already told that it was not possible. Even paying extra to have a “real” steak like ours in our burger. Since for us it was possible to have it rare (they arrived at the right time). When we saw the children's plate arrive, I don't think it was any better than if we had put the McDonald's burger with the fries that went with it on a plate! Barely fifteen fries and the burger! The overcooked ground steak, a sole! And the ridiculous size. Dry bread. When we tasted it, it made us think of the brand's frozen burger with the thumb put in the microwave. We had to share our steak with her because it was inedible. We notified two waitresses, the manager when paying. My partner asked him if he had already tasted the burger as a child and he replied that he was not allowed. No commercial gesture! It’s not because they are children that we should give them less quality! At €9 the children's menu (up to 8 years old) for the flight! I can assure you that they make a nice margin on it. I recommend going elsewhere for a quality meal for young and old!

Having lived in this office for 2 years where I have always been very well served, struggling to understand the turnaround of 2024, no more loyalty card, increase in dishes for smaller quantities the same menu which costs us 42/45 euros back to us at 57 now?
