A cozy and tiny Japanese bakery with good options for dessert if you are a fan of this kind of food. Japanese cheesecake is what I like most when I head there. It is a kind of spongy cake that is tasty, light, and goes along with an espresso or coffee as it is of a small size. One piece wont cut it though :

Located in the ground floor of dubai mall, this small shop will serve you original desserts, and offer a nice experience. The thing i also liked is that you get to see the chefs working on the pastry in front of you which in my opinion is cool. Can get crowded, at peak times, but their bites are worth the try

It's like an open restaurant without sidewalls and a central kitchen, it's just beside the escalator while going towards the lower food court of Dubai Mall. •Ambience- 4/5. Avocado, roasted tomatoes and specially the light touch of Wasabi mayo elevated this dish to another level. Unique. Comes with Thick cut french fries. The bread and the layers of souffle egg and veggies are just optimum for the balance. Hokkaido souffle cheesecake. 28 dhs. 5/5. Super presentation and Plating. I am in deep eternal love with Japanese cheesecakes- and this one reinforces the belief. And souffle styles are my favourites. In addition, loved the berry compote and creams and sauces.
