There was not much of a variety, as it appears that they are trying to do too many different kinds of food, so only a small choice for each line. We went for the chinese side, and the waiter there explained what each of the dishes contained. I will say, that the food was barely warm, even the soup. It is hard to eat and enjoy food when it is not warm. The staff were atentive, continually offering us more drinks, before we had even finished the ones that we had. I went for the fresh fruits for dessert and found I couldn't eat half of them, as they had an earthu taste to them. If I should ever find myself back in Nurnberg, I will not be going back here for any meal.

The evening buffet is really nothing to praise. The old restaurant that was here before served much better food. And it's a shame they replaced it with this buffet like thing. We were there early in the buffet start, but some dishes were already stone cold (and I'm not talking about sushi : . The rice on sushi was under cooked and still crunchy. The seasoning sauces you choose to make your meal with are all mostly tasteless or out of a can. The meat is usually overcooked and all the veggies you choose to put next to it are just thrown together, nothing is monitored to be cooked at the right temperature or time. The ambient is nice tho, modern. But that's all there is to it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Lots of choice from the Chinese buffet. You can also pick your choice of uncooked meat, hand it to the chefs who cook it for you in front of you or, as it was very busy on Saturday night when we visited, they bring the cooked food to your table so you’re not stood waiting. Highly recommended restaurant if you like chinese buffets. Not expensive either. Big thanks to the young chinese waiter who spoke good English who helped us with a baby chair and ordered us a taxi home.

We were here for the first time. The beautiful is that all ingredients are fresh and you can combine everything individually and unlimitedly. The created menu is passed on to the chefs and when finished fried it is served at the table together with a previously selected sauce where for every taste what is there. We like to come back.

We were positively surprised. Delicious food, even the sushi was good. Very friendly attentive service that has always brought all the dishes fresh when they were empty. Very recommended.
