I had wanted to try these Nuremberg sausages for some time. These certainly did not let me down. We ordered an appetizer of Obazda and split a platter of sausages. Alles güt!
The informality and setting are much fun, and you will likely find yourself seated family style with other people. The service is slow as the waitstaff is often socializing with diners. That said, the food is traditional and very well done. They do pork shoulder better than anywhere else, but be warned, it's probably a good idea to skip breakfast and lunch the day you go, and plan on the same for the next day.
