By chance we landed at the visit of Nuremberg in Böhm's Herrenkeller. It was the right decision. As desired rustic ambience. Admitted by Daniel, the evening couldn't run better. Thank you, Daniel. We'll come back next time. The food was abundant and delicious.
Typical German cuisine, ambience is appealing and cozy, service very friendly. The food was very, very delicious. Highlight was definitely the Kaiserschmarrn with mulled wine sauce, hammergeil!!
We spent three days in Nuremberg and were allowed to enjoy the delicious food here. The portions were plentiful. Especially the brunette and the crust so delicious crispy. The salmon also tasted us very well. Our reference was very friendly, courteous, attentive and funny. If we come back to Nuremberg, we will definitely eat here again
In the meantime you will find only a pleasant comfort kitchen of finished products. we had cheese: cord traces only teign as dryware from the discounter, seasoned with too much broth powder and an undefined cheese with some roasted webble: these were only single narrow strips of meat as sought out from the kitchen, instead of beautiful brat discs. in an undefined completely salted, light sauce with dose mushrooms in it. alone the rose cabbage was acceptable, I didn't touch the semmelknödel. sour frying in the lebcake sauce: normally the sour frying in a sud the weepy lust over a week so that it becomes beautifully sour and murf. not here! it was a fader bark roast in a dark sauce that did not taste for lebcake. blue crimson and kartoffel dumplings went so, but could not convince because blue crimson was spicy. it tasted only after noble and sugar. the dumplings were only a hard mass without exactly definable consistency. roasted zanderfilet on tortoise with cherry tomatoes and brokkoli, soße holandaise: fish total gr action, fat fried, kartoffel puree from the pack, brokkoli unworn and mushy sauce was ready. Previously, 1a was cooked here. I think it's just a tourist trap with a quick kitchen. the one already comes in the triple amount of tourist, which are often rejected by the chefin. this does not bear a mouthguard and trusts that they are not so important and they are assigned to each other.
