They offer homemade cakes and smaller dishes as well as various coffees and hot drinks. Really enjoyed...the pumpkin spiced latte!!! We will definitely be back!
Coffee is good but it stops there. Menu options very poor. Soup was freezing and the so called cheese board was not really a cheese board, more like a plate of goats cheese! Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else
It's a small and very nice decorated caffe. It has some daily homemade cakes and cheesecakes that are delicious. The environment is very good and without the tourist confusion. Just a few locals in there. The staff was very nice and tried to explain every...ingredient. I recommend it for a breakfast or a afternoon pause. Every slice on the photo costed 2,70€
Great little café tucked along an alleyway just near to St Lorenz Church. Popular with locals, not touristy. Offers simple but very high quality home-made food and great cakes. Menu in German only and the owners don’t speak much English, but don’t let this put...you off – if in doubt just point at something you like the look of that someone else is eating! Great value and very good food.
We were in Nuremberg for one night. Private. No hotel. And on the second day we went a little delayed and cozy to the city also for breakfast. We were looking for a suitable place on the Internet. And our choice fell on the Cafe-Bistro Magnificent. We went to the subway. The place We drove to the underground station Lorenzkirche with the U1. It should be close. We went past the church and searched Lorenzer square. At the end we saw the Nonnenstraße, a somewhat inconspicuous side street. This is actually a residential road without many shops. After a few meters we already saw the local sign. The guest room has a large glass front to the street and is equipped with various tables and chairs (see photos. All in all, the room was pretty secret. We felt comfortable right away. You can see that many things are done here. I guess there's someone ready. When you visit the toilet, you notice that it is an old house where you are. But everything is very clean. Guests The restaurant opens at 10:00. When we arrived shortly after 10:00, we were the first guests. However, the room filled almost completely until noon service The service was very friendly and attentive, neither too reserved nor too intrusive. A model! Apparently, the place is run by two men. That's why the name is glorious? That the menu was probably printed on normal paper and clipped together with clips made us nothing. We were just interested in breakfast. There are different versions here. We ordered a French breakfast (2.90€, a gourmet breakfast (6.90€ and a vegetarian breakfast (6.90€). Finally, there was also a “bread basket”. In addition, you can add your breakfast with all kinds of additional ingredients (cooked eggs, orange juice etc. The Cafe-Bistro Herrlich in the Nonnengasse 12-14 in Nuremberg is a cheap café and bistro. The homemade cakes and cakes we certainly taste, the next time looked particularly delicious. But the other courts would have tempted us. Especially pleasant we felt the pleasant quiet atmosphere during our visit. See you next time!
