Shudh Vaishno - Nueva Delhi

If you're going to the furniture market, I highly recommend eating at this restaurant. The restaurant exclusively serves north Indian cuisine, but it is wonderful and worth trying, especially the Aloo Paratha with Chole combo.

The ambiance and the aura of the restaurant is too good. And the food is so delicious, that, you need to think twice before leaving the place.

Service is quick and straight forward (good thing for me, and expected in a dhaba). Most food is nice and tastes good as well. Avoid snacks if you can. I found the sauces in which these snacks are made as junky (even though flavorful). Go for daal, rajmaj, kudhi and chapati/rice etc instead of snacks.

I love rajma chawal at this place i am coming here. Since 2011 it is in mid of one the famous furniture market of kirti nagar. And staff is humble and polite as i have seen most of the restaurants without any competition they behave rude but they are exact opposite. I have not tried anything except rajma chawal and roti. I recently visited in April 2022. Its near to police station of kirti nahar. Parking is not available. seating are arrangement good. Neat and clean Reastaurant.

Good food but when you go out to a dhaba you have good quality and economically ok price. Shudh vaishno hotel must bring down it's prices but not the quality. This way it will be quite popular too.
