Dunkin' Donuts - null

Update April 27th 2024 Noticeable improvements in pacing and quality, some new staff who seem to actually care and some older staff finally kicking it into gear. Bumped up to 3 stars. Update March 30 2024, I've added one star because the speed of the drive-thru has improved. There are still workers who will stand in front of you and use their phone while your empty coffee cup sits on the counter in front of them. If it didn't save me 25min to go here instead of somewhere else I wouldn't use this location. Very poorly managed. This is (mostly) NOT an issue with the employees. This location is super slow, like, 20 min in the drive thru every time type of slow. I watch the orders ahead of me and theyre not even large or complicated. This place hasnt hired enough staff to handle both the lobby and the drive through so they are in a constant state of struggle. They also don't seem to have time to stir their iced coffee before dispensing it so it comes out super acidic and gross. Don't waste your time. I've given this place a bunch of chances because of their convenient location but I've learned my lesson.

I'm not the person that calls to complaints until now. We go to that Dunkin' donuts every morning. They have a newer old woman that is so miserable and nasty every time we go there I will not go back there again!!!!!

It is a great place for food and drinks, good food, good prices and good service.

Has by far the freshest donuts of any local dunkins...but yet again my coffee was incorrectly made...is it really that hard to make it with only extra milk????

The food was good as well as the service. The prices are very good.
