Fratelli's Pizzeria - null

The pizza was hard as a rock. Also, when I called at the restaurant, the person told me it was my fault because I picked up the pizza 10 minutes late. Horrible pizza and horrible customer service.

Ordered veal franchise tasted good but I got a plate full of pasta and 2 tiny pieces of veal. Guess for $20.00 that’s what you get 2 tiny pieces of veal. Won’t be back. Sad they’re close and convenient but not for that.

We order delivery from here quite often. Their pizza is always good and they're pasta is always great. Tonight I ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a stromboli but instead ordered a calzone by mistake. I called them 20 minutes later when I realized my mistake to see if the food was already being made and they said yes. I told them my error and said it was ok I didn't mind as their calzones are good too. To my surprise when the driver arrived he said the chef had corrected it and I got my strombili!!! Thank you very much fratellis staff and chef. What great customer service you have! We value your service.

Tuesday/Thursday Staple: $10.99 for a large pie! Enjoyable and always hot!
