Contribuisci feedbackThis is a Costa franchise and the management need to take a good look at getting their staff to focus on the customers in the cafe. We visited on Saturday morning. Although there were 4 members of staff it took us over twenty minutes to be served. Unfortunately the focus seemed to be on online orders for collection with the cafe customers taking a back seat. It was obvious that the young lady on the till was new to the role but there was no need for one of the other staff to talk to her in the way she did because she missed the cake off our order. Additionally tables were left uncleared because of the chaos behind the counter while the ‘manager’ was sitting at her computer apparently unaware of what was going on. A very disappointing visit.
Was very nice to go in and have a nice coffee today. Got new staff but was very good. She had someone training her who is very good at her job. 5 star well done
I came today on my way to work for a drink. But i can see the managers need to get their act together! During this promotion they have only one staff member working who has a que leaving the door! I had only 3 people before me on their own but it still took 20 minuites! This is not the poor womans fault though, as she is doing her best. But she should not be on her own in such busy times!
I would like to say when I visited this costa today the male that served me was very professional and polite he gave a fantastic customer service and was very welcoming the coffee and food was lovely and very refreshing honestly a really well mannered store and will definitely be going back fabulous service!!
On the 12th of February I had to witness the most disturbing thing I have ever seen in a coffee shop. i come to this shop at least once or twice a week so to see what I seen that day has complete changed my mind on the store and I definitely will not be returning until things get sorted! there was just one girl on her own you could see she was so stressed as she had a queue to the door plus Deliveroo and uber eats orders. I witnessed her being screamed at by other customers because they are doing the 1 per household rule and they did not like that, what i cant seem to get out of my head is to why the manager CONOR is only having one staff member on all day by herself in such busy conditions.
