Contribuisci feedbackOrdered food at 5PM, call at 6.20PM as nothing had arrived, was told food was leaving in 5 minutes, nothing arrived by 7.25 and was told food was on its way (via Chennai?!? , driver arrived at 8PM with (you guessed it the wrong order!! Drove to the take away to remonstrate and eventually got my order. Absolutely shocking service, way too late to eat and food was mediocre at best. Plenty of other places to choose from locally so this one has been knocked into the long grass by me. Avoid unless you want to risk the same..
Well, I have only given Jasmine takeaway a one because it wouldn't let me register a zero Shorty after 5 we place our order, put the plates to warm and waited for our meal to arrive, and waited, and waited. We called at 6.20 to check when our food would arrive and was told it would be sent out in 2 minutes. We live maybe 3 4 miles max from where they are, but at 7.10 had to ring again to check our order status, is out for delivery a factual inaccuracy I believe. At 7.50 a tap came to the door the delivery man apologised for the delay and handed over our much awaited order. We had only waited nearly 3 hours so you can imagine our disappointment when we opened the bag to see they had sent an order that bore no resemblance to our order. When we called, for the 3rd time to ask to speak to the manager, he apparently was not available another factual inaccuracy I fear, but we were promised a call back from the missing manager. Guess what... No call, surprised aren't you? So off we pop to the Jasmine to return the food, that frankly looked about as appetising as the last time my cat was sick. If you want a decent curry, delivered on time and not accompanied by a sack load of factual inaccuracies go to the Agra Palace not Jasmine. I work hard for my money and over £30 for being treated like rubbish is not the treat we anticipated. Appalling customer service.
What a joke....I am going to put this review on ever restaurant site until the manager calls me to resolve....Really its just because it was handled so badly on the phone by the young lady. Firstly, after over a 2 hour wait for 3 portions, my patience was wearing thin,,, to put it context we were told an hour...not two ? and when we mentioned it/complained....well we were made to feel as if it was our fault rather than a simple sorry which would of resolved the situation...I don't want anything free, I don't want a refund...I just want everyone to know the standard of service given from here is not what is expected from any decent take-a-way. This place has only just reopened ...If this continues it'll be closed again soon.
An absolute shambles of a business. We tried to order through their phone number, it rang out continuously Ithey would not answer. Orderedr through just eat, the order stated one hour, clicked proceed then stated delivery stated one hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Two hours 20 minutes later, still no delivery. Shocking
After some bad experiences this year so far we gave them another go and ..well what can i say ...chicken tikka dupiaza ..gorgeous.
