I do not have enough words to describe how WONDERFUL Mike was to work with. After plans changed for our parents' 50th anniversary party, we had 3 weeks to find a new caterer (for a party over a long weekend Labor Day weekend . I filled out Mike's form on the Waada Taco website, and received a reply inquiring about the details of the party in a matter of minutes. He was quickly able to confirm the date was available, and that he would be able to accommodate a mainly vegetarian menu for the party guests. Mike and I were able to make all arrangements either via text or email (which is pretty amazing considering I live out of state and he is local in Arizona, where the party was to be hosted . On the day of the party, Mike and Omar arrived early to set up and begin cooking for the evening festivities. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside, they had smiles on their faces the entire time. They cooked so many different vegetarian options for the guests (literally cooked right there so everything was fresh and piping hot!! . Everything from the fresh salsas to the grilled veggies, rice and most delicious refried beans (and the chicken was so good for those of us who ate it was enjoyed by all guests. By the end of the evening, guests were asking for their cards so they can invite Mike to their events! I would HIGHLY recommend Waada Tacos and Mike for any event from formal to causal. Absolutely amazing to work with, best Mexican food and when they cleaned up before leaving, not a drop of food left behind! I can't wait to invite these guys back again!!!! Thank you MIKE and OMAR!!

Best tacos in phoenix! authentic and lots of flavor, I loved the vegetarian ones. their catering was a hit for us, very professional and personable. we loved having them. 10/10 recommend!
