So I went there with my partner, a good food lover and a close friend, a lover of Lake Geneva poles. So they naturally advised me on the rising star of the Nyon restaurant (according to them, I don't want to offend anyone). Even before setting foot in the establishment, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the setting. In short, the panard. As soon as we arrived, which was immediately noticed by the docile staff, we were welcomed in the best possible way: with professionalism and tact, just what is needed! We hadn't booked but the charming waiter immediately found a good table for us. He also knew how to put us at ease with a relaxed humor and unparalleled professionalism, nothing better for a largely successful service. The poles are barely ready, the master of the place hastened to come and present them to us, a small pleasant and not insignificant gesture. Being stomachs on legs, my partner and I let ourselves be seduced by a little sweet pleasure. Not being a fan of frozen products (which have too often been awkwardly restocked in certain towns of low reputation) I was particularly won over by this succulent softness. A small detail but not the least, the allergies were visibly noted on the food menu, my partner was able to take this into account being intolerant to peanuts, this avoids a possible mishap. Small flat, our fetish flavors which were until now impeccable admitted to us after a small discussion on the topic of the round ball to be fan of the fraudulent Paris Saint-Germain, each one his tastes without hard feelings. Stopped here for a final brekkie as I finished my bicycle tour to Geneva. The owner Laurent came out and spoke with me and made sure I was fueled up. Delicious meal. Incredible hospitality. I didn’t stay here, but I bet it’s a good one. Thank you!

TO AVOID. Boss very snobbish, unpleasant, no smile on arrival. I point out to him that we have been waiting for 50 minutes when we were told 15-20 minutes when taking the order, instead of being understanding and apologizing, he preferred to go and check on his computer if we 've been waiting for a good 50 minutes, then scolding me that it 's been less, even more than 15-20 minutes . Nice way to treat a customer so they don 't come back. Perch fillets way too salty. Not worth a visit especially for such a detestable and arrogant boss. Nice place but overpriced.
