Restaurant La Nautique de Nyon

Fresh filets de perches, perfect French fries, together with fabulous view on the Alps ! Tiago and his colleagues give great service.

The location by the lake is lovely. Convenient parking and not too far out of town. The terrace has a veranda in case of showers or too much sun. I visited at lunch time during the week and had the menu, salad, filets de perche, dessert and coffee for CHF29. The food was delicious and very good value.

Relaxed atmosphere right on the lake, with friendly staff and really good food. Especially the lemon sauce with the filets de perche was excellent!

We went there for dinner with a group of friends and possibly on account of past experience in different times were most pleasantly surprised. The filets de perches (from Lac Léman) were among the best I have had, ever, and the accompanying fries were just perfect. The panacotta (with blueberries and maple syrup) was just stunning; I hope they keep that one on their desert menu for ever! The wine list is extensive, with some of the best wines from both Vaud and Geneva. The service was friendly and quick/efficient. We shall definitely return!

We booked a table on a Summer evening, the tables are right in the small harbor next to the boats. The menu could have more salads but the choice is pretty good. And the fish seem to come from the neighbors the fishermen. We didn’t feel welcome as the manager was too busy sorting the bookings, it took her a while 2 or 3 min! to greet us. The waiters are nice and friendly but we had to wait 45 min to get our food. It’s much too long for a salad and cold meat. The cook is probably alone in the kitchen... Really great location.
