Chipotle Mexican Grill - O FALLON

Don 't order online. They consistently give half the food they do if you go in person. Lack luster and sometimes rude staff. And they 'll just shut the store down randomly at 8:00pm and tell you online orders only. Crappy location, like so many Chipotles now.

My grandson ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, and cheese. When I received it, I got a bowl with white rice, chicken, BLACK BEANS, cheese, and QUESO. This is very upsetting especially because my grandson is allergic to beans. On the other hand, my granddaughter ordered a bowl, with white rice, chicken, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and queso. However, it was a bowl with white rice, STEAK, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and queso. This is also very upsetting since my granddaughter is allergic to steak, and she couldn't eat her meal either. I am appalled at this location for the lack of accuracy my order had. Will be a long time before I return.

Gross and messy, food tossed all over the counters. No concern for cross contamination. Employees moved at the speed of sloths while there were at least 10 people in line. Worst chipotle ive ever been in.

We had my daughters graduation party yesterday and she loved Chipotle and I 'm tired of missing the party because I 'm in the kitchen. We decided to ordering catering. BEST DECISION EVER! Placed the order Thursday and everything was ready at the scheduled pick up time. Everything tasted great and it was so easy! We chose to order the items that are Chipotle specific (rice, beans, guacamole, fajita veggies, salsa, queso, and chips and buy easy sides like sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. Ver satisfied with the service. Thanks so much!!

Fajita veggies taste rotten the green pepper especially. Not fully cooked veggies. I am going to Qdoba
