Hop House Southern Eatery - O FALLON

The restaurant serves American style food. I tried the nachos and found them average, so I may not return. However, you may enjoy it more than I did.

I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was the most delicious meal I have ever had! Unfortunately, I have noticed that they have closed down in the past few months.

I checked Google on 04.23.2022 and it said this restaurant was open, but when I arrived it was clearly closed. I think this place may have gone out of business.

Ate here several times. The food is good and wait staff friendly, however, the wait staff forgot utensils and to fill any drinks for most of the meals had here. I keep giving it chances due to good food but never gets better with regard to service. You have to make sure BEFORE YOU ORDER to get all your utensils and ask for waters or you can end up screwed waiting with food getting cold your whole meal.

My husband and I have eaten here several times. One time, the food was good, but the service was not. The next visit, it was the opposite; bad food, but good service! My personal opinion is that their menu is just way too expansive for them to do everything well consistently .
