Hucks - O FALLON

Went to put gas in my new mini van for the first time today, simple task? Nope!! I ran my card and I went to put the pump in and....had to run my card again because I waited too long before making a selection. Put the card back in and half way through pumping a voice says I have you for $20.95 , I reply no that amount was on the pump when I got here, I 'm putting in a full tank now . oh ok, he says . So obviously I 'm going to print a receipt because this is sketchy. I go to print the receipt and the screen flashes Error please see attendant . So I walk in and instantly the store manager Jamie asks if I 'm paying for the $20.95 in gas I pumped. Nope. I pumped $37.35 and paid with my card at the pump. She was extremely rude saying she didn 't have time for this she had to get her son to basketball practice and this was getting in her way . She then said she was going to call the police because didn 't pay for the gas. While waiting for the police the clerk Caleb says he went out to my car while I was pumping and wrote down my plate number. I asked what he wrote down and he started with 4... and then Jamie cut him off and told him not to waste his time speaking with me. Once the police arrived they questioned me and reviewed the security footage. After reviewing security footage for about 15 or 20 minutes, I could see them talking to Jamie and I could see she was getting frustrated. The officer came over to me and said We watched footage, you only put the pump in your car one time. We saw you put your card in, not pump any gas, and run the card again like you said. It is also impossible for you to put $58 worth of gas in your tank at $2.18 per gallon and you have a 20 gallon tank. However, we will need to search your van to make sure you don 't have a gas can you filled up. So they searched my van, found nothing. We went back inside and I was told I was free to go and if I have any problems to call them immediately. Jamie handed the officer a card to give

Hello, I been going to this store for over 18months and I never had any problems. I am seeing reviews on Jamie the manager and sense she took over the store it looks amazing. Jamie always is nice and kind to me and others when I am in there. I was there that day when she took that money and that guy was totally rude and cussing her out. There was two cops in there and they both said that money was fake. Jamie felt really bad about taking the money she ask if he can pay any other way and still offer to pay for his items. It's sad that people on here write about her and make things up when there not true. Huck's is a great place and very kind. All there workers are nice and very helpfuk they treat you like family. I'm a local to this area. Every time I come in the store looks great, Clean. I get what I need and someone's always ready to help me at the register. In and Out and everybody is very nice.

They are nice and clean, there is some kinda odor in this location but it's pretty nice and so is the staff

For some reason they do not believe in having soap in the mens restroom. I went there last Saturday and their was no soap. I went back the next day and still no soap. I told the cashier and she said she would take care of it. I went there today, and once again, no soap. I told the cashier that their was no soap and their hasn't been any soap the past 2 weekends that I was there. If the customer's can't wash their hands, neither can the employees.
