Mcalister's Deli - O FALLON

The dining room was clean, the bathrooms were very clean. I had the berry pie salad that was fresh and really good. My granddaughter and her boyfriend had a chicken sluice sandwich. We were all happy with our meal.

This used to be the best place to go. It's going to work now. I didn't get what I ordered. That's the second time. The four cheese grill had a small piece of cheese on it. I asked for black olives. It didn't even have the tomatoes that came with. They're always out of things. We asked for steamed broccoli. We have broccoli and cheese!?? Is this even on the menu!?? The Shiloh MacAlisters is probably one to avoid.

Delivered me a sandwich with regular rye bread when I had ordered gluten-free bread. I could have made myself very sick; when I called to inform them about the mistake, they were not at all apologetic and basically just shrunk and told me to come for a new one. Since I ordered the delivery due to the sick home, I rejected this offer. They instead refunded me what should go without saying, but this particular McAlister's is clearly not good for celiac or gluten-sensitive persons. Order from Fairview Heights instead.

Service great sandwich was ok size not good for cost quality and freshness was good 5 stars if they had more salad and other I had a large half of sandwich it was like a single side the second had a peace of salad and half tomato. Salad was great, I would just disappoint the sandwich with rap or salad....

Was told when ordering that it was going to be a 20 minute wait because they were short staffed. Ok no problem, I get it. 64 minutes later and still no food. Now mind you I got an nacho basket as an appetizers. Tell me why my food came out 20 minutes before the app... worst experience ever. It would be very helpful if you tell your front of house staff that it's going to be more than 20 minutes. Will never go back.
