Service is horrible. I've had more than one terrible experience at this location. Please label the orders for less confusion inconvenience.

This location is extremely inconsistent. I get a smoothie almost every single day. The consistency of the smoothie varies day to day and when ordering in the mobile app they only have it ready for pickup less than 50% of the time. Very frustrating location. Seems like they flip a coin on whether to give me a plastic or styrofoam cup. Product is great. Service could improve. Also have about 10 different $2 rewards built up on my mobile app from ordering so much but the continues to not work properly not allowing me to access the $2 off. Very frustrating.

Always kind and courteous. Very friendly staff and everything always tastes delicious!

This smoothie king is the absolute worst one i have been too. the kids joke around too much in there and if you go through the drive through plan on sitting there for a LONG time. if you want a smoothie bowl forget about that because they are too lazy to make them. 0/10 DO NOT recommend coming to this one until there is motivated people that start working here.
