The first thing I noticed after the hostess said the wait is 10 minutes is they are understaffed. There were 2 clean open tables. I ordered the Country Boy and I chose my 2 eggs to be scrambled and 3 sausage links and 1 biscuit with gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The sausage links didn’t have the seasoning I prefer which is a little spicy. The biscuits and gravy came out luke warm which was disappointing. The restaurant was really clean and there’s a parking lot in front of the restaurant.
Nice local breakfast/ lunch place that is convenient for our neighborhood .we've been a coupl of times, and the food is just ok.service has always been great and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from the hustle and bustle of a breakfast restaurant.would def recommend if you're in the area
First time there and probably won't be back. First impression of the place was dirty. My 18 year old said the same thing. Service was fine she was overwhelmed so not much talking other than what do you want. Food came out FAST. I would say the food was 4/5 nothing terrible, but I wasn't blown away. The bacon was fantastic as was the potatoes. The syrup is MRS. BUTTERWORTH and the bottle is literally sitting on the table. Just wasn't impressed as I thought I would be given the 5 stars from everyone.
Quaint/Intimate..... small dining area, but this allowed for quick service on all levels. Food was hot and very tasty. Portion size was large and coffee on the table was a nice touch. Reminds me of an old-school neighborhood restaurant. Well worth the drive from anywhere in the metro area and if there is a wait, it will be well worth it.
