Incredible, they blamed us for having reserved a room, according to them very cheap, with breakfast by booking €52), a comment in very bad taste and out of place. The room is spacious, clean, although with a view of the roof and a dangerous step in the middle of the bathroom... The breakfast was mediocre, a normal coffee, a defrosted supermarket bagel with a flavor from the fridge, a little butter and jam and a ridiculous shot of juice for that better not put anything)... We were ignored when requesting a hair dryer as there was none in the room. The location is a town in which there is nothing... We felt quite uncomfortable in general, they were rude to us. In short, it is a hostel with an air of grandeur, so the price was certainly not cheap. I hope they improve the quality of breakfast and treat customers better. Rooms: Spacious, without views, with a step in the bathroom, without a hair dryer. Quiet and familiar place. Huge room with lots of natural light and huge bed, very comfortable. Clean, careful and functional. If you have any physical limitations, this is not the place, but in our case it was not a problem. To highlight above all the quality of the food. The comments regarding the service could be justified, if it were not the general trend that happens in all the hospitality establishments in Spain. They go the extra mile to try to please the customer, for sure. Keep calm, you are on vacation. The comfort, cleanliness and quality are far above and justify the wait.
