Honestly, the place wasn't bad for a music venue. If it was advertised as such might've got a good rating. But to keep the 8 ball pool sign for 3 years after not being a pool hall, and pretend to be one, is weird business. Probably would give 3-4 stars if i expected it to be a music venue cause the band was great. If you're going to keep the 8 ball pool sign up as your sign, atleast have 1-3 pool tables off to the side. Plenty of room for them too. Weird moves guys. Couldve maybe been 4-5 stars with transparency. Whole right side of the venue was empty too, perfect room for 4 pool tables.

The people who answer the phone are on an island across the world and know NOTHing. Too much trouble to try to hang at this place. Fuhget about it.

I 'm not sure if the security guard was racist or just had it out for me in particular. But he told my friend to notbpose on the pool table, to which we complied. Then he came back a minute later and said I made a face to him. And for that he kicked me out. I asked for the manager and he threatened the cops, to which I said to call because I knew exactly what he was trying to do. The manager came over and was a blonde woman who looked incredible intoxicated and she said if he kicked me out then what 's done is done and she threatened the cops against me too. I decided to leave and even talked to the cops outside who agreed that 's the situation was ridiculous but I wasn 't interested in going back. I just can 't believe in this day and age there 's this much unprofessionalism, my experience was downright inappropriate and you would think talking to the manager would be the right move. They seemed to be as incompetent as the security. The security guard got incredibly aggressive and called a few of the other security guards even though I was more than compliant because I 'm just not an aggressive person. This is a great place to just drink but if you want a place to stay or at least enjoy, I 'd never come here. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the entire staff.

I was here a few weeks ago, waited more than 20 minutes at the front of the bar to get a drink. The girl next to me ordered 4 drinks, I ordered 2, and the bartender mixed our cards up and accidentally charged me for the 4 drinks and the girl next to me for my 2. When I asked if they could void it, they replied with well I can give you 2 more drinks. I called the next day to see if I could get the charge taken off my card because I really didn't feel like paying $50 for the 2 drinks I ordered despite the fact that we walked away with 4 unwanted drinks, and they said someone would give me a call back. I never received a call. Am not willing to fight with the bar or tell on a bartender for an honest mistake, I just thought it would be easy to get money back from a business that I did not intend on giving them.
