I was asked to wait outside while my order was being prepared. The customer service was lacking.

Everything looked clean, the line moved efficiently, and the pretzel bites my son ordered were made fresh though that was more being at the right place at the right time.

Right the time you enter the door, your hands get dirty from touching the door knobs, the windows are full of grease , the smell inside it s like chlorine or chlorox I assume that s how they wipe the floor, at the very dirty entrance there was a huge vacuum cleaner, and that was dirty tooThe food was great, I just imagine the conditions they prepare it.I told them, and they had nothing but to stare at me and nothing was done or being told to me while I was inside there.Prepare the food in the store as you prepare the food in your home!!!!Respect your customers, people might love your carbs then they get sick a day after and donno why…

It's absurd that they don’t provide a cup of water with an already overpriced meal. They charge $3.19 for a bottle of water, which feels like a rip-off.

I ordered delivery, but it never arrived. I would give zero stars if I could. I’m not sure if the issue lies with the terrible app or the restaurant.
