I love this place for their middle eastern bowls. They got great quality with so many options in toppings and sauces to choose from. The portion size is good for the amount of money you pay. I would highly recommend it.
I usually love Roti in Chicago and it?s my kids favorite go-to for pick up and car meals but this is my first experience that was a waste of money. we got there at 630 coming home from a day trip and stopped here so they could eat in the car. we got thescraps at the bottom of their bowls which just wasn?t fresh. the lettuce was obviously questionable but the server didn?t seemto care and I didn?t want to be a pain and ask them to change it but the lettuce became translucent once served. I asked forgreen shug and roasted red pepper and she she put a ton of red shug instead and when i asked if that was roasted red pepper theyacted like it was fine. i asked for olives on the side bevsuse my kids love them and i hate them and she dumped them in thebowl?forgot pita which my kids noticed and begged me to go back for and I ended up throwing my $12 salad away. because it wasgloppy and gross. Roti is only special and worth the stop if it?s fresh and if it?s not fresh why bother and at this locationthey don?t seem to bother so we won?t either.
I have always been a fan of Roti for many years. If I am at some place and Roti is nearby, then Roti is always my first preference for their quality and tasty food. so I am very well aware of their portions. But here in this location I am sodisappointed with the portions. Not sure if this is something new or regular for this location. Having said that, food is stillgreat?
Good location, fast service, good food.
