When we first walked in the hostess Brenda was absolutely rude and wanted to sit us a 2 4 seated tables and not let us combine tables. Then didn't want to sit us at a table large enough to accommodate us. She refused to give us her name as she was asked twice for it. Finally sat and our waiter was spacey. He was ok but not good. We asked to speak to manager about hostess and he basically brushed us off as we were in the wrong for wanting 7 family members to sit together. I get backing your employees but customer satisfaction in that industry is a must. Not like we were asking an outlandish request. Food was decent. I will never go back. Good luck with the locals.
Food was subpar. appeared that leftovers from days prior were put out on the brunch line as an entree- one flatbread pepperoni pizza where cheese was hard, taco meat (ground beef) mixed into the scrambled eggs, fried fish squares, and mac and cheese . biscuits for biscuits gravy and english muffin for benedict were super soggy . $20 per person for food and juices, sodas, etc are extra. service was great, but $60 for two adults and a child with 2 orange juices , we could’ve had much better food elsewhere. our son had a piece of toast and a partial piece of a french toast stick. truly unfortunate :
I would like to give this restaurant a rating higher than 3 stars, but after coming here for over 4 years, I have to say Caitlin deserves 5 stars or more and should be in charge. The food is pricey and the wait times for drinks and food are too long unless Caitlin or Brooke are working. They do have a good selection of beers on tap, but the menu rarely changes and it seems like they don't have enough staff. I enjoy coming here because it's close by, but unless improvements are made, I will probably start going elsewhere for my regular dining spot.
Today's brunch was enjoyable, with a decent selection of tasty dishes. The service was top-notch. However, I was disappointed with the management. The restaurant recently implemented a flat fee surcharge for credit card payments, which I expressed concern about due to the potential impact on the server's tips. The manager's response was dismissive and at times, rude, interrupting me while I was speaking. I had to ask him to stop talking so that I could express my concerns.
We came in with a large group of people. Our waitress was attentive, accommodating and cheerful. The Sunday brunch was AWESOME
