Ordered a carne asada, got a ribeye asada. That 's right, two thin slices of what they said was ribeye. The worst part is the cook got defensive when i asked where the skirt steak was. Ive never seen in my life anyone use ribeye instead of skirt steak. Imagine ordering fries and they bring out celery sticks and become offended when you ask where the potatoes are: we don 't use potatoes for the fries we use celery, its more flavorful im embarrassed i decided to take my girlfriend there ....

This place is hands down, the best Mexican food, we've ever had! There is another popular local Mexican restaurant in the next city over, but we were never, ever, fans of them. Cozumel Mexican Restaurant is, and forever, will be the only Mexican restaurant we'll ever order from again. The food was not on paper plates with foil like the other local restaurant. It was in large foil containers, and packaged well. Their nacho chips are definitely home made, as well as the guacamole. Super crispy and super yummy! The fried ice cream was still frozen when it arrived at our house, which is very rare on a hot summer day. We had the nachos, chips and guacamole, burritos, fried ice cream, tacos and taco salads. My mouth is watering writing this!!! ?I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THEM!!! I am a very, very, picky person when it comes to the quality of food that my family and I eat, as well as the quality and level services we receive. They exceeded all if them!!! Go check them out!!
