Dairy Queen - Oak Creek

The staff at this restaurant is very rude and does not seem to care about their customers. I had a negative interaction when a staff member roughly grabbed me while I was trying to reach for an ice cream cake in the freezer. Even though I apologized for not seeing the sign, the staff member just rolled their eyes at me. During another visit, I ordered a chicken tender basket that only came with a small amount of fries. I was confused and thought there had been a mistake. Regardless, I was not happy to pay $15 for a meal that was lacking in portions. The woman who took my order was also unfriendly and seemed to dislike her job.

My experience at DQ in Oak Creek was disappointing. I ordered 2 chocolate dipped cones, but was given vanilla instead. After returning the cones, the employee made chocolate dipped cones for us. However, when I reached the end of my cone, I discovered it was still filled with vanilla ice cream. The employee simply scraped off the original vanilla and covered the cone with chocolate. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is what led to my disappointment, and I usually avoid sending back orders. This experience was a letdown.

The best switch is on the south side. Try the new burgers, delicious. Also the best cheeses. Fast friendly service.

I was always personally a big fan of Dairy Queen. I love this place because it feels like you came back in time. Friendly service and good food.

The other day they had six people working and it took them forever to take my order and the amount for the two large chocolate cones was less then normal. Not real happy with them but it is the only one in Oak Creek. ?
