Listen ms. Shayla k held it down alone the food was delicious and even with the hiccup she fixed it immediately even though I said dont worry. She has a wonderful smile and the heart Hardee's need. She needs a promotion and pay raise. She is awesome. I hope the next load I have I see her with an assistant manager name tag. Thanks Shayla for dinner.
On a 10hr trip, just wanted something to eat as I gas up. This was at 10am on a Monday. Ordering was fine, the associate made sure not to give my food to another customer. Guess he thought his name was my name when she called it out. I sat down with hot food. I ordered the Frisco sandwich with ham. I opened up the sandwich and there was literally one slice of ham on it. Put together, you couldn 't even see the ham. I got up and brought it to the counter. I said Is this really all the ham I get on this sandwich? Look at the menu. She got defensive saying I didn 't make your sandwich. I said I know, I 'm not mad at you. Can you just please put more ham on the sandwich. She took it into the back and a moment later a guy walked back out with my sandwich. A good size portion of ham on it. It tasted fine, hoping he did not spit on it. Really wish I took a picture. Check your food people.
