I visited the restaurant on the night of April 6, 2024, and I noticed that one of the employees seemed frustrated with the customers who were there to get food. There was a lack of communication, and I observed them slamming things around with a clearly negative attitude. It makes me wonder if the service industry is the right fit for this person. Just a thought.
The bread is not made fresh daily! They use day-old bread, and by the time you get to your job 20 minutes later, it's so stale that you can hardly bite into it. The outer crust is flaking off like paint chips!
I approached the counter and was greeted with indifference; the employee simply looked at me and asked, "What do you want?" in a rude tone. I was the only customer there at the time. She was wearing one earbud, which seemed unprofessional. It felt like she didn’t want to be there at all. If you're in customer service, it's important to actually behave like you care about it.
