Applebee's Grill - Oak Harbor

We were a large group celebrating a birthday. The first part of our visit was great. We were welcomed immediately. However, we were unclear if our greater was actually an employee or not as he was not wearing a badge or name tag of any sort. Our server Kelsey was great. Friendly and attentive. Our starters arrived quickly, the same untagged greeter arrived with 4 entrees and no idea of who's was who's. Three were steaks, and he didn't know what the cooks were on any. We started eating, and one of our members ate hair wrapped in her salad. Credit where credit is due. The manager did come over to be sure that our member was ok. It is chaotic enough with such a large group. Adding in staff who add to, rather than quells, that chaos is not helpful at all.

Waitress never came back to fill our coffee never came back to fill a drink. They weren't busy at all maybe three booths for had people with it and that's it. We had to go and get our things that we asked for because we asked for it and we would wait and wait and wait my French fries got cold before I even get to catch up or something to put on the Fries so I've had much better service somewhere else. I won't Go back. I think Applebee's revamping how the waiters and waitresses treat their because it's been in every Applebee's I've ever been in except for one. And that was in Poway California.

Service wasn't that good server didn't mention a drink and I didn't get my free appetizers messed up my meal didn't give me the right sides overall I probably won't be eating there again my date had a good time though

My family and I showed up to this establishment tonight (20 person reservation) and they took the best care of us. Not a single person at our table was waiting for anything. Not a single order was messed up. We were blow away with the service! I would give this particular Applebee's more stars if I could! Thank you to our waiter who took care if us if I could remember his name I would say it on here. Thank you!

Placed an order online it said pickup at 6:02. My order was brought out at 6:20. That’s completely understandable I know it’s a dinner rush… however my food was totally cold. I live very close not enough time for my salad to be hot and hot food to be cold on drive home) I guess I would just expect hot food since I had to wait.
