Starbucks - Oak Harbor

By far the worst batista I have EVER met. Nasty attitude. Unfortunately I didn't get the drive thru girl name. If I could give a negative number review I would. This is my first time having such horrible service here .

I love coming to this Starbucks and have never had any bad encounters but I was in the drive thru today 15 April at 0635 and I think her name was Lauren? The energy and mood was less than pleasant. I understand people have bad days but that’s not a reason to be a grouch to other people. I hope her day got better and that she gave herself more grace and love

Worst Starbucks I have been to in a long time. It took a long time to get out drinks, when they finished them they were wrong. They were hot instead of cold so they redid them for us. By far the worst tasting lattes we have ever had. Gave us almost immediate diahreea. Advice to all who want to stop KEEP

Wow, down hill. First I asked for cream on the side. I like a tiny bit. I got coffee with so much it was undrinkable. The coffee was luke warm from the amount of milk. Refused to heat it or give me a replacement. Poured out my $4.00 cup of coffee. Went across the street to get a cup at 7/11. Not good coffee there but better than a cup of cold coffee that is half creamer

There's 2 ladies that work here at this location in Oak Harbor who are incredibly rude. I'm sorry that you don't like the way I order my drink so I can save myself $1.50. When you work in a customer service industry you put a smile on your face and happy tone to your voice. Period.
