Wendy's - Oak Harbor

Everything was great and arrived in perfect condition, but I found the Caramel Frosty Cream Cold Brew and the Seasoned Potatoes to be lacking. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable experience!

Our entire order was messed up. We didn't receive any sauces, and I got a lettuce bun instead of the premium bun I'd requested. Plus, the kids' burgers were incorrect as well.

The Pretzel Baconator Combo was a great move on Wendys part! They took something great and made it even better!

I visited at 7:00 PM and experienced the service firsthand. **BEWARE: WAIT TIMES MAY VARY.** This review primarily focuses on the service rather than the food quality. I found that Wendy's customer service—both day and night—is significantly better than that of their neighbor, Burger King. Even at night, the wait can be ridiculous (especially after 7 PM when their hours start to wind down). I personally believe they should extend their operating hours, but that’s just my opinion. Despite how busy or stressful it gets, the Wendy's staff always try to smile and do their best to take orders quickly. Their service definitely deserves a solid 4 stars. I found the employees to be quite humorous; they even mentioned waiting for someone to order just milk, which frustrated them because they still had to wait in line, despite Walmart, Safeway, and Haggen being right next door. Thank you!
