Cafe 110 - Oak Hill

I love this place. Food and service are wonderful. A very community-oriented business. The burgers are amazing and the best Mac and cheese round. Not to mention the atmosphere. This place has everything a buffet on Sunday and a radio show on Sunday evenings on the river 107.7 from nine to midnight.

I might have a restaurant in Oak Hill... there were a few on my 101 unique places to Dine in WV list in this city, and I wanted to be super efficient. Cafe One Ten was the next on the list. And I preface this post because now it can make sense why I got macaroni and cheese, and a piece of peanut butter cake. Yep, I went to the counter and put an order for macaroni and cheese and a piece of peanut butter cake. It was hit with funny faces, but you know what? I'm an adult. And there are very few of them to be an adult. But I command what I find damn good is one of them. Give me my Mac and cake. You are obliged. My macaroni and cheese came out first and wore. It's really good. It is made with smoked Gouda cheese, so it really has a nice smoky taste, and the Cavatappi noodles have these cheese-feel channels that make every bite cheesy delicacies. The peanut buttercake was delicious. I asked caramel cake first, but they were out. The peanut butter cake was still a great option. It was light, fluffy, so decadent. Really, if I could order only macaroni and cheese every day and order cake for lunch, I would do it. Grade: A

Absolute the best!!! Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese wow. Something for everyone. Great prices. Never had a bad meal there.
