Lovely boutique hotel. Lots of character! Friendly staff. Pub with classic food at good prices. Modern touches, vintage vibe. Would definitely stay again!
I've stayed here several times when travelling for appointments. It is a great location regarding proximity to the bridge to Halifax. There is a grocery store across the street. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff seemed quite cranky. There is a restaurant and bar onsite. We didnt try the food but we had a good time having drinks at the bar. Rooms: 3
Overall the rooms are decent and look better than the outside appearance. Feels like you're in the middle of an inner city littered with cigarette butts. Website advertised breakfast was included, but it wasn't. Staff were generally helpful but curt at times. Rooms: Rooms are updated and decent but not really the boutique as advertised. Walkability: Nslc and grocery store close but location is in a dodgy area. Food drinks: Breakfast was ok, some were cold ad they tried to deliver all at the same time and forgot one meal. Breakfast wasn't included as advertised
Nearby activities: Close to a grocery store, walking to downtown Dartmouth and various other shops for food and drink. Walkability: Has a lake across the street, which has a walking trail around it. Walking to nearby shops is close by. Food drinks: Had a work function and the buffet style meal provided was really good.
