Beggars Pizza - Oak Lawn

I just had my first experience with the Original Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, and wow, there's an incredible amount of cheese! It's unbelievable how delicious and satisfying just one slice can be!

The food was prepared quickly and ready at the time promised, with courteous service.

We ordered a small pizza with sausage, lasagna, and zucchini. Everything was well-prepared, hot, and delicious. Beggars is known for their generous portions of toppings, and they certainly delivered! The pizza crust was crispy and thin, exactly how I prefer it. The lasagna was beautifully layered with a generous amount of mozzarella. Some might say it’s too much, but as a big eater, I thought it was just right, in my humble opinion.

Top shelf all the way! Their motto is we lay it on thick and that's a fact! I ordered 2 family size, one regular sausage and cheese and the other one extra sausage and cheese! Man both had enough sausage and cheese to feed an army! And quality ingredients very good sausage not cheap or skimpy tasting. I'm 63 and ate a lot of different pizza's over the years and never had any this loaded! Oh yeah and if you like it well baked they did it perfectly! Best pizza in town BAR-NONE!!! Give it a try you won't be sorry! And the staff was great the two ladies at the front counter were more than friendly! One of them carried out the pizza's to the car for me because I use a cane. Appreciate it big time thanks again.
