Dunkin' - Oak Lawn

I just left there. I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes if not more and no one acknowledged my existence to take my order! I know drive thru gets busy and served faster but I have an order too! Very bad morning experience.

The coffee was excellen ,the donuts were fresh and the service was top notch.5 stars just isn't enough.

Employees have no time management skills. Don't park cars that are waiting for large orders so the line can move. This is the fault of management. Do

Ordered chocolate cake and double chocolate cake donuts with a couple of coffees. Coffe was ok. Donuts were stale and because we didn't check before we left we didn't get the double chocolate. We ended up with three chocolate cake and three JELLY DONUTS! Had gotten far enough away before I checked so didn't bother going

My wife is sick because they gave her an old bagel and when we took it back and showed them the issue they said it's not old but there were clearly green and blue webs on the bagel. Lawsuit?! Yes!! This star is a negative -1 honestly!!
