I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but I have to say I was disappointed. The staff was friendly, but I found the burger prices to be quite steep, especially considering they weren't cooked well. Unfortunately, since it was my lunch break, I didn't have the opportunity to bring this up with anyone. On a positive note, the shake and fries were amazing!

I previously noted that the food quality is good, but spending $40 for two people isn't exactly inexpensive. I also wanted to give a tip to the attentive guy who was cleaning the tables, so I hope the staff are adequately compensated. On a positive note, the blood orange citrusade was fantastic, and the pickles were wonderful too!

Disappointed? More like extremely disappointed! This was my first visit, and I won’t be coming back. The burgers tasted just like those from Wendy’s dollar menu; they were the same size and flavor, so I suspect they use the same suppliers. Given the price of the burgers, I expected much better taste, but they really didn’t deliver. While the food was hot, the air conditioning was cranked up too high, making it very cold inside the restaurant. It was around 10 degrees outside, and they even had the ceiling fans running on the patio. I ended up spending $31 for two small Cokes, a small shake, and two small burgers. On a positive note, my mother said the strawberry shake was delicious, so at least one part of the meal was enjoyable. Also, the staff members were friendly and polite.

Fantastic job, team! The cashier and customer service were outstanding. The young lady managed the long line with remarkable efficiency and took my order perfectly. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor really made an impression. My to-go order was ready in about 15 minutes from the time I placed it until I received the text notification. I have no complaints about the wait time, especially since it was during the dinner rush. The food was fresh and hot—definitely living up to Shake Shack's reputation. Welcome to the neighborhood! I can’t wait to try the spicy chicken shack sandwich next.
