I really appreciate the friendly service and the cleanliness of the place. I stopped by around 4 PM on a Tuesday, and I was very pleased with my order. Truly the best milkshakes!
I've consistently had issues with my orders not being correct. None of the staff are wearing face masks, and the manager frequently yells and curses. One of my coffees tasted like just water, while the other was just milk instead of the iced caramel coffee I ordered. I'm very disappointed!
Since February 2022, my experience has deteriorated into the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff is unwelcoming, and their approach is simply unacceptable. Our group of six has continued to come here despite the poor service, visiting every weekday for the past seven months for coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. However, today was the final straw; we have decided we will not be coming back. We choose where to spend our money, and the owner should seriously consider addressing these issues with the staff and management. We are not the only customers expressing dissatisfaction, and yet there has been no improvement—it's only gotten worse. The behavior of both the staff and management is simply unacceptable.
I ordered the Power Breakfast Sandwich this morning, and while I was eating, I felt something strange in my mouth. As I pulled it out, I realized it was a piece of hair! This is absolutely the most disgusting thing that can happen to a customer at a restaurant. I was instantly nauseous!
On 12/30/22 at 8:30 A.M I went to the Dunkin Donuts location at 6820 W Roosevelt In Oak Park IL and I placed an order for : 1 Medium Hot Coffee 1 Small Hot Coffee, and 6 5 Pc Hash Browns total amount $14.04 When I got home and tasted the Hash Browns I noticed that they were undercooked. I called and spoke with a young man who stated that he was the manager I told him about the Hash Browns. He apologized and took my name and he told me that he would put my name on the board and I can come in anytime and get a replacement order for the inconvenience. On 1/29/23 at 8:30 A.M I went back to Dunkin Donuts to claim my order only to be told by the Manager Rebecca that she would only give me one Hash Brown instead of the Six that was purchased. She clearly told me that she saw my name was on the board for the order and I had my receipt. I was then told that because I didn't come back in a reasonable time frame that she would not honor the receipt. Her attitude was nasty and she was talking to me from the back of the store instead of coming to the front of the store and talking with me in a professional manner. I thought that she was unprofessional in the way that she handled this situation. She allowed other employees to weigh in on the situation. At that point, I asked for my receipt back and I exited the store. I have been going to that Dunkin Donuts for over five (5) years and this was a big disappointment for me and I am sad to say that I will not go back to that location.
