Mcdonald's - Oak Park

The service was extremely slow. While I waited for my lunch, I witnessed two different customers receive incorrect orders. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes just for a single McChicken sandwich.

This location can be challenging at times due to the high turnover rate, which means they often have to retrain new staff. It's hard to establish any consistency when there are new workers every couple of weeks.

It's surprisingly challenging to place a complete order here. It shouldn't be this complicated! I'm confident I could teach a chimpanzee to handle it! They really need to pay more attention to their staff!

One of my favorite McDonald's. Always clean, courteous and friendly. Good ? job.
