Contribuisci feedbackAdditionally, when I requested fries with no salt, they seemed to interpret that as dumping an entire container of salt on them! On my last visit, the young woman behind the counter didn't acknowledge me in any way when I approached. There was no greeting, no "May I take your order?"—it was as if I was supposed to ask her what she wanted instead. Last week, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order, which was just sitting on the counter the whole time. It would have remained there if I hadn’t asked about it. When they finally handed it to me, they didn’t even check to ensure everything I ordered was included. Of course, it wasn’t, so I had to turn back and ask for the missing items. My orders are usually quite simple, so the fact that they still manage to get it wrong is extremely frustrating. Every time I go in, I'm left hoping they will finally get my order right. Given the number of mistakes, I really don't feel inclined to return. Something definitely needs to be addressed here.
I had a fantastic hot dog during my visit on my way to the Frank Lloyd Wright Home. The long line in the drive-thru was a clear indication of how popular this place is, and I can see why! While I usually prefer French fries, the onion rings stole the show and were absolutely delicious.
We've stopped at this restaurant the last three times we've visited the city, and unfortunately, our orders have been wrong each time. Today was the worst experience yet. The young man took our order and repeated it back correctly after each item, but after waiting 20 minutes, we received the wrong order. Stephanie came out and refused to correct it, claiming we didn't order what we thought we did, even though the mistake was not ours and the order was missing condiments. When I mentioned contacting corporate, she wouldn't provide the young man's name. The staff members seemed more focused on socializing than on taking orders accurately and their customer service was lacking. I won't be returning to this location and will advise family and friends to avoid it as well. Terrible customer service.
I ordered ahead to pick up my my food at 11:30. 11:40 and it is still not ready. It would have been better to just come in and order in the store.
The fish sandwich and the grilled chicken was good. My fries was nice and crunchy. Everything was hot and fresh. The wait was a solid 30 minutes tho inside :
