Contribuisci feedbackI was very disappointed tonight by the staff 11/16/22. There was a veterans who lost personnel his order ticket, the elderly man expected his food in his early 80s at least 30 minutes. I never got it. He went upstairs to give a refund for the things he bought, the cashier went to give the man his money. Never offered to give the man a sandwich, he should get his refund and a free sandwich. The man was a diabetics and shook everywhere, a group of women stepped in to tell the cashier that she did wrong that she had given him a sandwich and his money back since he had waited so long and never got his job. Then another lady told about behind the female group's counter to leave her that they weren't even finished. If that's how your staff treats your customers, you don't need my business. What happened to the hero was this gentleman a veteran and was treated very badly by your staff. Just like the group of ladies said that was BAD business and it was really. And while I'm here, what's the deal with no salad you've been making for two weeks, the food town is right down. Thank you for your time Brenda Starnes
I ordered online for pickup at 1:00 today. Sunday 10/16. When I was there, this place was full. not a place in place; Workers quickly and with smiles on the face, orders and preparation of food. Families spend time and eat together instead of just running around. When each family got up, they cleaned their tables and pulled them back where they were before, so that the next family could sit without the staff having to stop preparing food. No one complained about waiting; the staff worked as fast and efficient as possible. That made my heart smiling. I love this little town where we live. Love that people are still so friendly and genuine. And cuddos to the employees who didn't show the stress.

Walk in order wait 10 minute someone Walk in order and get food befor me.they said I'm not mix up your food he order the same and hand me my food.im come home open had 3 piece mushroom that I pay extra.where the rest of my mushroom.
Food was good, employee cleanliness left me puckering until my food was received. One employee walking behind the prep area with a nose bleed. What appeared to possibly be the manager was scratching his beard behind the line also. Then the 2 mentioned employees stand at the register discussing the one with a nose bleed going to get a covid test. As myself and the other customer waiting for their food discussed our concerns I believe there is obvious room for improvement. I should not have to physically watch my entire food prep process making sure who touched it.
