Jimmy John's - Oak Ridge

Outstanding subshop! service was always amazing and the subs are the absolutely best. I am rating 5 stars for these reasons because I love jimmy johns. Interestingly, however, I noticed that they did not post their hours at their door or somewhere inside. hmmm! chatting with them while my eating was faked, they told me that they close and open at 10 o'clock when the brot is ready, so it is best to pay attention only to the open sign. I have pointed out that I do not really help if I do not generally know when it is expected that it may be open. is it about 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 11 o'clock, what? I get her point that they would open early if brot had jumped, but some general hours with a disclaimer below would be helpful for the public. she kindly said she would pass my suggestion to jimmy john herself. again, excellent customer service and so still eat worthy of a 5 star rating.

First time in the lady making the sandwiches was super helpful. The gentleman at the register also was good with recommendations excellent sandwich I will be back, on mother also love the sandwich we got the big one.

Having formerly worked for Jimmy John's I can it's still a great atmosphere. Food is a little pricey but bread is baked fresh every day and the ingredients are made fresh every day.

For this location only 5 stars. They always take care of me and my family. They make sure everything they use and touch is fresh, they keep all my food off the counter to make sure there is no cross contamination as I have celiac disease and have to be gluten free. This is the only location to do this for me and the only location that NEVER complains about pulling a fresh batch of tomatoes from under the counter, digging to the middle of the meats and cheese just to be sure it's safe for me, the only location to be happy to do it, smile and have a real conversation with me as they're preparing my food. Best of all, it's been a few months since I've been in to order..... they remembered me and my usual order!!! I couldn't remember what my family normally orders, long day in retail for all of us no one wanted too cook. These guys remembered me and what my family orders down to what goes on which sub!!!!

Ask for giant sandwich and ask for it to be cut in thirds but got it cut into quarters.
