Sonic Drive-in - Oak Ridge

I like sonic. for fast eating they have a lot of choice and are quite fast. the location oak ridge is in order, the service is good. Probably 4 burger stuck in a small pocket is not the best. just one suggestion.

I ordered our meal on the sonic app. I thought the app was convenient and efficient. after the ordering and reception of our food, however, I realized that we lacked a BLT toaster. I returned to the load and went through the drive thru and told them that a sandwich was left out. they tried to solve the problem quickly, but the exchange was badly done and without professionalism.

I was excited to eat at sonic, but on arrival the stalls were too narrow for a truck without folding in the mirrors. After we ordered it took about 12 15 minutes to get the food and the popcorn chicken appeared to be the scraps at the bottom because it was all breading and no chicken. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Ordered two blasts on the app. Myself and many other patrons were waiting 50+ minutes. Fifty minutes for two blasts that take 30 seconds to make? This is the second time in a month span that sonic has made me wait an extremely long time for no reason. The first time they CLOSED and I had to go to the window and be like where is my food? After an entire hour and a half wait. You are not hurting for bodies, as I see many people inside working... So maybe it is lack of competence? I ended up cancelling my order tonight after 50 minutes and went to McDonald 's. There was 10 cars in front of me and I was in and out in 15 minutes, with the drive through person having her one arm in a sling. A one armed woman was able to serve people faster, and overall smoother then a team of 7 people with only 10 cars in line when we got there? I even ordered on the app ahead, which in your terms is faster. You need to step it up big time Oak Ridge Sonic, because currently you are a joke. You have lost our business moving forward.

This is a lie, you can’t order ahead and the drive thru either doesn’t work or they just decide not to talk or ask for your order, sat at the drive thru for 5 mins and people just sat there and watched at 3 in the afternoon, whoever owns this place should be embarrassed
