Taco Bell - Oak Ridge

The workers here like shauntae and others who worked on 15 september are so incredibly nice. they have the best customer service and honestly, if you have a hard day, their friendliness will help you turn around.

The food is made relatively well, usually good or okay. Sometimes you'll get very little meat or too much cheese but I think thats normal for every fast food restaurant. The workers are good, alot of new ones but that's fine as long as I get my food done and right. Rarely messes up, they mabey messed up 2 or 3 times out of the hundred or so times I went. Pretty good taco bell, would recommend this one rather than the other in Oakrdige.

It's Taco Bell, ya know? Cheap, easy eats. Too much sodium. But, at this location there is the sweetest lady at the drive-through. She makes me smile and feel less self-conscious about my stupid cravings. Also, this location is nearly 100% accurate with orders.

This rating is a bit skewed. Until today (9/8/22) I’ve never really had an issue with this TB. If an order was messed up, it was fixed right away. Now, they no longer open til 9:00 am. If ur gonna serve breakfast why do you not open til AFTER people have to be at work? I realize my gripe is with TB as a larger entity as this location is just doing what they’re told but really? Either be open for breakfast at a reasonable hour or don’t serve breakfast!!

Ordered a $5 bean buritto box plus an additional bean buritto. Only charged for $5 box they never charged forextra bean buritto and we never got it. Line toolong to go back and order again. Your loss went Chick-fil-A and order more food there
