We had such a lovely sharing Sunday lunch today. It was truly amazing there was a lot of food, but we loved it. Really quick service staff were very friendly and chatty, a truly lovely country pub. We had a brilliant time at the Star At Cotton! We visited as a couple for the first time back in September, and then returned for a second time with family this month as the food was just so wonderful. The pie and tart in particular were delicious and brought us back. We are dog owners and the staff have always been very accommodating to allow them in and to make space for them, whilst we enjoyed our meals. On this trip we were lucky enough to order from the Christmas menu, which is very impressive. The salmon and spinach wellington and Christmas burger were our favourites, and good value for money too. It was a treat to have a mulled wine too, and we will return again soon! Went here for my 18th birthday was absolutely sublime. Parking: Limited number of parking spots.
