Hardee's - Oakdale

Okay, November 29, 2020 at 2:15. I finally went to Hardees's I wasn't at Hardee's in a long time her menu has changed I went through the drive dru a man replied I asked him for the smallest chicken offers that he did not know how many came because I couldn't see how many on the menu immediately I told him small or the smallest size you have, he lifts his voice and says what size! And then proceed to tell me three or six pieces, and if I give him the three pieces he does as if he doesn't want to be there, and he doesn't treat the customers properly, and then I call the place and find out that the person I spoke with was indeed the supervisor SMH when I put in the window he didn't take out the food, but the little lady who was in the window was very pleasant that guy,

Staff are the best! The food is perfect every time I come here, no matter what part of the day!!

This hardee can be hit or miss. They are almost regularly underoccupied. I love hardees food. I just wish they were more consistent with waiting time and food quality.

Honestly, the service, food, and staff have been great every time I?ve been here. I?m leaving this review because my friend and I went there on a Friday night at about 10:45. They close at 12. We pulled up to where they take our order and sat there for about 5-6 minutes, waiting. We figured that they were busy with something, or they decided to close early, so we drove away. When we drive by the window I look in and I see a staff member watching us drive and laughing hysterically at us drive away. He saw us there and let us wait, but did not bother to take our order. For this reason alone, I will not be returning to this Hardee?s location. It?s a shame because the food and service was always good. As someone who has experience in the food industry, this was enough to make me not come back.

I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Thick Burger and the Monster Roast Beef burger. They were both very good. I enjoyed my meal and will go back soon
