Rook Coffee - Oakhurst

I really didn’t like the location. The parking lot is tiny and gets overcrowded very quickly. I also wasn’t happy about having to download an app just to order coffee. Since it was my first visit, I couldn't ask the barista any questions about the different coffees. I won’t be going back to this location.

Rook is simply the best—no question about it. The staff is amazing and full of creativity. The owners are truly exceptional and invest a lot of thought into every decision regarding their stores. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, and the coffee is exceptional, not to mention the delicious baked goods! If you haven't been yet, you need to check it out! There's a reason they have such a dedicated fan base.

Just as great as every other Room. Friendly folks with great coffee. FYI to those who haven't been to this location, there is no indoor seating.

Parking can often be a challenge and something happened today with the app so there was a long wait for everybody, but just wanted to commend the staff for handling it professionally! Thank you.

It was downpouring during this bomb cyclone. I'm a local and visit all the time. I had spent nearly $50 on 3 bottles of coffee and the gentleman behind the counter had the gall to tell me I could not park how I did in a very rude manner. It was a pickup not even an order (takes a total of 3 seconds depending on their competence. And there was nobody even there to add fuel to the fire! Let alone the beginning of Christmas weekend and Hanukkah!! Be merry for God's sake.I will no longer be drinking their mediocre coffee or supporting this local business. They have lost my business for good.
