I like the the açaí and salad bowl options on the menu so so ordered the just granola bowl. I purchased a “my protein” smoothie and whey protein on the side. The remedy is cacao rtd that I like. Very good options
Don’t let the outside fool you, this is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. The moment you step in, you are greeted with the fresh aroma of fruits and vegetables. The market has a cafe, deli, prepared foods, juice bar, and a huge produce section. The food and juices are so good, and the place is definitely unique and one-of-a-kind. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the ambient is perfect for a relaxing meal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy and fresh food options.
My tech group and I meet here once a month for an in-person meeting. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious. I love that when I'm there long hours, I can get a second or third round of food!! The coffee is good and they have vegan donuts!! It's a great place to go!
A beautiful place for good food and nice atmosphere in a green-living concept. It would be more perfect if the cakes could be made less sweet for health conscious consumers.
None of the food at the little Cafe is actually organic, even the food items that are labeled as such. Be mindful of that if you are on a cleanse or if that is something that is important to you. Also for the juice.. only the celery, spinach, and possibly the carrots are organic. I was told this changes constantly so things that are labeled organic or blatant lies. This is unethical. I wasted time and money to come here because they advertise as organic, but that is not the case
