My favorite breakfast spot in Oakland! The food options are incredible, and the coffee drinks are just as good. Their chai is honestly the best I've had outside my Pakistani friend's home. I can't recommend this place highly enough! The bacon in the Bacon Egg Cheddar Croissant is thick and delicious; I like to add spinach and tomato to mine. And don’t shy away from the Egg Coffee—it's amazing!

I would not recommend ordering from this place! I ordered a latte with no sugar, but what I received was the sweetest, syrupy coffee I've ever had. It was so bad that I ended up pouring it down the sink. There was also cross-contamination with the teas, likely because they used the same spoon for the coffee, which made the teas taste faintly of coffee. Both teas were excessively sweet as well. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar croissant sandwiches we ordered were dry, and the eggs were overcooked to the point of being browned. Overall, this was a huge disappointment.

I discovered this café a couple of weeks ago and ordered the swirl and spinach croissant with added jalapeños, along with a hot lavender latte for my coworker and an icy rose-cardamom latte for myself. The croissant was delicious, and the ingredients were very fresh. My rose-cardamom latte looked beautiful, but unfortunately, it didn't have any rose flavor, although the cardamom was just right! My coworker really enjoyed her lavender latte, but she mentioned that it also had a hint of rosemary. The two employees were friendly, and there was a hand sanitizer station by the door. The decor is really lovely as well. I will definitely come back!
